Curtis Group promises you will be 100% happy with your product,
or we will gladly reprint your order or cheerfully refund your money.
We have two requirements to activate our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
1 • Curtis Group cannot calibrate your computer monitor for print color standards
and therefore does not guarantee that the color printed will “absolutely”
match the product as it appears on your monitor.
In fact, it's almost 100% guaranteed NOT to be the same color that appears on your monitor.
To preview what a computer-designed color will actually look like in print,
Curtis Group has negotiated a trial print run of fifteen "proof" business cards
from our printers. Only through this "reality" proofing procedure will Curtis Group
guarantee that printing will fall within your range of color expectations.

2 •• Your responsibilities in the printing process include careful proofing
of the document before you click the "Submit" button when ordering printing.
If there are errors in the text, photos or layout that were apparent in the enlarged
graphic on your product's page, and you order the product to be printed anyway,
Curtis Group will trust that the product is ready for printing "as is" and cannot
be held responsible for reprinting to correct those apparent proofing errors.
Also keep in mind...
• Four color printing fidelity is consistent with accepted industry
standards for "pleasing color." Curtis Group offers no guarantee
of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. Curtis Group
cannot “absolutely” prevent slight color drift throughout an order.
• Due to the different characteristics of paper weight and content,
and how different papers take up and display inks, Curtis Group
cannot guarantee that printing from one product to another will not
have industry-acceptable color shifts. Similarly, Curtis Group cannot
guarantee that color shifts will not be perceptible between two
projects that were printed by different printers, or at different times.
• It is our suggestion that if absolute color perfection is one of your goals,
you seek the services of a local printer who will perform time-intensive
and costly press checks throughout the process.
Expect your costs to double or even triple.
If Curtis Group determines that we cannot reprint your project to your personal
standards; we will issue an RMA and refund your purchase price and shipping
upon receipt of your materials at our offices.
